Your medical or industrial product will be in the trusted hands of our operations teams to ensure it is manufactured to the exact quality standards of the design as well as when you actually need it. Every area within our facility is set up in a team environment: fabrication cell technician teams, paintline technician team, assembly team, warehouse team, and operations team (including scheduling, quality, and plant engineering). These teams also participate in the upfront project management process to verify manufacturability of the product designs.

Each cell/team within our organization has a cross-training plan for that specific area. Again, across like teams, the plan is standardized. Cross-training plans are reviewed monthly or when bottleneck issues are consistent and out of sync with the cross-training, whichever comes first. Currently, all of our shop operations incorporate cross-training into a skill-based pay system.
