How You Need It Assembled

Very often we improve our customer’s speed, cost, and resource utilization by assembling product (carts) for them. We can perform our assembly processes either directly off our paintline operation or in our electro-statically controlled environmental room.

We realize that any misstep during this process can adversely affect relationships with our customers. That’s why we take time to document those processes in our standardized Job Instruction (JI) format. After the JI has been created, we will then train and cross-train. Standardized test processes and other processes necessary to produce a quality product time and time again are implemented.

Our Promise to You:

• 90% of our custom carts are completely assembled for immediate use
• Carts where "some assembly required" can be assembled by the end user in less than 15 minutes

How You Need It Packaged

We understand that one of the most important pieces to a product’s quality is the package in which it ships to your customer. By working with our packaging supplier experts, we verify ISTA packaging standards and can provide testing to meet any additional specifications you may require.

In our LEAN environment, we can package your cart product right in our assembly area. Most importantly, our assembly and warehouse team members work closely with your CBD team to document our package process for repeatability.
