After we assist in the design of your product, we manufacture it right in our facility. Our 70,000 square foot facility in Kiel, WI (yes, we are Packer fans) consists of three sheet metal fabrication cells that include laser, punch, bend, weld, and finishing capabilities. But, producing your product means that we must have a fantastic supply base and we do! Our suppliers include experts in the fields of wood, plastics, electronics, casters, machining, and packaging.
Our focus on set-up reduction, one piece flow, and in-process inspection enables us to reliably and repeatedly produce your parts in a cost effective manner. The cell techs who make it all happen schedule daily production through the cell and utilize their cross-training to flex to the bottlenecks, ensuring that it all gets done.

Our experienced and cross-trained paintline crew uses our dual paint booth, six stage washing system, automatic spray guns, color spectrometer, and in-process controls system to provide quick turnaround and high quality powder coat finishes. Capable of using any type of powder coat paint, let us show you just how good high quality powder paint can show off and protect your product.

Your Quantity...
HUI manufactures medical and industrial products in small to medium lot size quantities. Our typical build quantity is 1-25. Building in smaller lot sizes allows our company to changeover quickly to other jobs. This LEAN practice will let you expedite an order or eliminate excess inventory at your organization. We’ll build to what you can produce or sell within your facility. Anything that is in our warehouse today is shipped out within 6 hours.
Through our LEAN journey and efforts in setup reduction, cross-training, 5S, visual systems, and kaizens, we offer a competitive advantage to our customers.
