KIEL, WI. December 15, 2023 -- Two HUI Manufacturing employees Britany Thorman and Vanessa Niquette won awards during the NEWMA All-Star Dinner ceremony on October 24th, 2023.
The NEW Manufacturing Alliance is a group of manufacturers, working with educators, workforce development, chambers of commerce, and state organizations to promote manufacturing in our Northeast WI region.
Britany Thorman was nominated as an All-Star for her outstanding passion for teaching and her ability to lead and coach the employees around her. Most notably, Britany really shined after being placed on our weekend shift for her contagious positive attitude and willingness to help her team succeed. Britany was also nominated for her strident effort in supporting her team and doing what needs done to help employees succeed.
Vanessa Niquette was nominated as an All-Star for embodying a tireless pursuit of continuous improvement and connection with other departments and her overhaul of HUI's training program. She is a dynamic leader who helps her team succeed by breaking down their learning paths and helping them build a roadmap to obtaining their own dream.
